May 22: 1 – 3 PM Basic Microsoft Word - Class covers opening and saving a word document and select functions under the Home, Page Set-up and Insert tabs. The second half is dedicated to creating tables, formatting cells. By the end of the class, each student will have produced a letter and a table. May 23: 3 - 5 PM. Stitch & Kitch – The 8” Square Challenge Come try crocheting an 8” square. Visit us at the Potsdam Public Computer Center (PCC)
Potsdam Public Computer Center is happy to welcome you to our FREE classes and one-on-one teaching sessions! We help with basic computer software functions, job searches, resume writing and more! Come learn how to use the internet, Microsoft Office Programs, or many of the free Open Source Software programs available.
Classes are posted on this website and you are welcome to visit any time and talk to us directly or over the phone. If you would like to sign up for a class or individual instruction, call Potsdam Public Library and ask to speak to Rene Austin, Steve Canning, or Christine Schrauth. The Public Computer Center offices are located downstairs at the Potsdam Public Library near the Neighborhood Center.
